One of the more disappointing things about my current camera (Nikon D40) is the lack of a bracketing feature. I can manually bracket by adjusting the exposure comp setting however since I shoot free hand most of the time that is incredibly tricky (getting multiple shots to align correctly when making adjustments manually).

I've been contemplating upgrading to a Nikon D200 but I've also read that it produces poor low-light/night images.

I suppose at the moment my more driving interest is to mess around with HDR.
